Anna Basile joined the New York Genome Center in May 2019 as a Bioinformatics Scientist in Statistical Genetics/Genetic Epidemiology. She earned a PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from The Pennsylvania State University. Anna’s role at the NYGC focuses on genetic data analysis including genotype-phenotype association and ancestry estimation for both population and familial projects.
